Your privacy is very important to Boho Handmade. When you submit an order with your personal information, we are legally obligated in regards to how we deal with that data. In general, any personal information that you provide will only be used by Boho Handmade and it's service providers. It will never be supplied to anyone outside of Boho Handmade, without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged by law to do so.

When we refer to " personal information" this is defined as outlined in the Promotion of Access to Information Act. Customer details that are stored by Boho Handmade will be separate from card details that are entered by the customer on Ikhokha secure site. Ikhokha's secure server encrypts your card details to minimize risk of disclosure or interception.

The only information that will be made known to third parties, such as the delivery company, is name, delivery address and contact phone number

Boho Handmade cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the user's electronic devices  which may result due to lack of virus protection software or Spyware that the user may, without their knowledge, have installed on said electronic devices.
